How to wake
up early without feeling tired:
Waking up early gives you the extra pocket of time to side
hustle, work on personal development or work on your mental and physical health.
You get plenty of time in the morning to review things or to
set future goals.
Morning is the best time to set out your manifestations and
spend your time with the God by reading something devotional to start the day
on the right tone!
Doing things after getting up is considerable but getting up
early without feeling tired can be a little hustle.
In this post I am
going to share with you tips that helped me to get up early without feeling tired.
1.
Sleep
with a positive thought:
The
fact that our conscious has been on auto mode for straight 7-8 hours make it
hard to function properly as soon as you wake up.
Usually the thought that you go to sleep
with is the first thought you get after waking up. Make sure to read something
good or inspiration before going to bed.
2.
Start
the day with a calming music:
I
love waking up to music, it really sets my mood and helps me function like
a human and not a zombie.
You have to make sure that you have time to
take it slow after you wake up and therefore always wake up an hour or two
early before leaving to work.
As soon as your alarm goes off, play your
calming music and take a moment to enjoy it.
3.
Say
your affirmations in your bed:
It more psychological when it comes to
manipulating your brain to not go back to sleep.
It is more hard to get up and function when
you are not interesting in something or ignoring it. Make your mornings more
meaningful by saying your affirmations and being grateful.
The feeling of realizing all the privilege
you have really pushes you to make the best out of it.
4.
Invest
in your skin:
It is a great feeling when you know you are
doing justice with your precious time.
Whenever I feel tired or not in the mood to
get into the day, the first thing I prefer doing is doing a face mask or hair mask.
First, it doesn’t allows me to get into bed.
Second, I really feel pampered and positive when I do little things for myself.
5.
Treat
yourself:
Whenever you do something that was hard for
you, never forget to reward yourself and yes, waking up early can be
categorized as hard, let’s just say that.
I love rewarding myself with a hot cup of
coffee and sometimes hot lemon water when I am feeling fancy and my stomach upset.
You can enjoy any type of beverage you want.
6.
Have something to look up-to:
Always plan something the night before
which will motivate you to get up early the next morning.
I love making a to-do list the night before
as it helps me to view my day at a glance which is for some reason really exciting for me.
You can plan out a workout session, a swim
session, anything which makes a little excited about the next day.
Getting up early is a privilege that only you can give to
yourself and nobody else. Give yourself and your body time to get used to the new
routine and be flexible when things start getting hard.
