Health and Fitness for busy people
Being busy not necessarily mean not having time to take care of yourself, it can also account of you being lazy enough to not take care of your body. Whichever category you fall into this post has you covered. It's hard to understand the true meaning and importance of health and fitness unless and until you have faced the severe affects of not taking care of your body and honestly, I have faced too. You cannot be busy and doing much productive work unless your body is healthy and supports you in every situation. Without wasting any further time let's get into the matter.

Apps to keep your health and fitness in track:
  1. Heathify: Healthify is a great app when it comes to tracking your carbs, fats, protein etc. This app gives you a very clear percentage of nutrients consumed by body on a daily basis. It also helps you track your calories and helps you to not exceed your daily calorie limit according to your desired body weight and size. It also helps you figure out how much calorie you should be burning to balance out the food you ate today or yesterday.
  2. Pacer: Pacer is a app which help you track your footsteps and calorie burn while doing it. Taking a walk is the easiest and best way to burn your daily calories and it is an amazing tool to keep track of it.
  3. Sleep Cycle: I wish I have known this app before. It's sad how we readily compromise on our sleep and doesn't give much attention to it. With unhealthy sleep, your body cannot work to it's fullest power and eventually you will feel more drained and tired over the days. Lack of sleep is the most common problem found in humans today and most of us are not even aware that more than the quantity of sleep, it is the quality of sleep that matters and this app helps you track the quality of sleep you are getting or you should be getting.
  4. Calm: Calm is a very good app when it comes to your mental health. This app helps you perform guided meditation on a daily basis. Just because our brain doesn't shows much symptoms we usually prefer to neglect it, which can be the worst thing to do in the near future, as it will start to show the symptoms in the form of restlessness, anxiety, depression etc. Make mental health your priority today!
Healthy ways to calm your body:
  1. Lavender Oil: Lavender oil is known for it's soothing and relaxing properties. When you feel restless or anxious take a hot bath with a few drops of lavender oil in it or before going to bed rub some oil around your neck, your temples, your nose to sooth your body.
  2. Rain sound: Sounds generated by nature naturally calms our body down. Whenever I feel trouble sleeping naturally, I put on rain sound or wave sound to fall asleep naturally.
  3. Chamomile tea: This specific tea is proven for calmness, reduction of anxiety, overwhelm-ness and many more things. Drinking something warm but healthy at night can make your body relax in a more effective way.
  4. Drinking loads of water: I don't think there is any need to explain this point. Whenever my body feels heavy and out of the place drinking water helps me a lot.
Daily Healthy Habits:
  1. Be active: Being active doesn't necessarily mean going to a gym or getting in a heavy workout. Getting out for a brisk walk or run will do a wonderful job too.
  2. No social media morning: Cutting off social media in your initial hours of the morning can highly effect your mood throughout the day for good.
  3. Stretching: Our body muscles tend to get stiff while sleeping during the night and therefore stretching your body as a morning ritual awakes your body in a much natural and faster way.
  4. Less Caffeine: Dwelling on caffeine for the entire day will do no good, but taking a small cup of coffee to enjoy along the beautiful morning will do no harm too.
  5. Water, water, water: Nothing better than it!
These were some of the quick tips to help you in your life to keep your body, mind and spirit healthy.
